The Turkish Ministry of Trade has officially expanded its existing "Digital Advertising Support" to introduce the "Autonomous Compute & Inference Cost Subsidy" for B2B SaaS companies and tech agencies engaged in software export. Under the new "Turquality 2.0" vision, 40% of the API and server compute costs utilized by global tech developers to run autonomous agents and LLM infrastructures will be subsidized by the government.
This move is activating the BIST technology index and local money market funds (PPFs) while directly increasing the gross profit margins of enterprise tech companies building strategic audit and market research ecosystems for overseas operations.
